Old College Friends: Gregg and Geoff

Recently I got in touch with two old friends from the UW. Both of them were in my wedding party back in 1989. It is wonderful to get in touch with them again. They have two daughters each.

Griffith Park Observatory

Efren and I went to the Griffith Park Observatory on Saturday. One year ago they re-opened this historic landmark which was first opened in 1935. We saw the Planetarium Show called "Centered in the Universe" which is a must see for $7 if you visit. Check out more photos of our day.

Heston Dies in Beverly Hills

I was actually in Beverly Hills with Efren yesterday when I learned that Charlton Heston had passed away in Beverly Hills. I met Charlton Heston in Seattle when I was in High School. I actually talked to him. He seemed like a nice enough guy. Definitely a Hollywood legend.
